What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Paradise Valley
The process is the same for every client, regardless of facility size. It exists so that the result is consistent and so that both sides have a clear record of what was agreed. 22 years of running it confirms that it works.
Walkthrough
We visit the facility — or use a detailed questionnaire if on-site access is not practical — and map every area that needs cleaning. We note surfaces, restroom count, floor types, access method and any special requirements.
Written scope of work
Every area, every task, every frequency is documented. You receive this before any price is discussed. The scope is what we are agreeing to clean — not a summary of intentions.
Crew assignment and onboarding
The crew assigned to your facility is trained to your specific scope document. They are not briefed verbally and left to interpret it. The scope is on-site reference material from day one.
First clean
The first visit happens on your schedule. We confirm access, timing and any first-night notes in writing beforehand. If the first clean reveals scope gaps, we address them before the next visit.
30-day check-in
At 30 days we review the scope against what is actually needed. This is a standard step, not an upsell conversation. Scopes change — occupancy changes, people move desks, a breakroom gets busier — and the check-in keeps the document current.
Response time commitment
Phone and email are monitored Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Every message and quote request receives a next-business-day callback. If you contact us after 5pm on a Friday, you will hear back Monday morning. We commit to that in writing in every service agreement.
